Please read and accept before attending any event:

• When registering your acceptance of Carousel Dating terms & conditions you represent a warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all the terms & conditions.
• When booking a place at a Carousel Dating event, you are agreeing that Carousel Dating is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect that may result from joining in our event. This includes, without limitation, damages arising out of communicating with other participants, such as physical damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress and discomfort.
• Carousel Dating is not liable for any damage, without limitation, resulting from the use of Carousel Dating website.
• Carousel Dating speed dating events are held in venues where we have no control. In the event that you are injured or suffer any damages of any kind at one of our events, you agree to release Carousel Dating and its business partners from any liability with respect thereof.
• Carousel Dating is a pay per event dating events company - we do not operate a membership service to our events. We simply facilitate events designed to provide clients with a safe and relaxed environment to meet new people. The fee charged per event constitutes payment towards that particular event only.
• Carousel Dating can offer up to 30 dates per event, but is unable to guarantee this number.
• Carousel Dating does not verify any personal details provided by those who attend our events and does not screen those booking for marital status. It is up to you to check the information to your own satisfaction and we recommend that you do so. We would advise you to consider your own personal safety at all times. Please approach any contact with participants of one of our events with the same caution that you would undertake when meeting any other people you do not know.
• Whilst Carousel Dating offers an opportunity for meeting new people, it does not guarantee that any participants will have a mutual match. Neither does it guarantee that a match made at one of these events will be successful.
• In the event of any cancellation for whatever reason, Carousel Dating is unable to offer refunds. However, as long as 5 working days notice is given we will endeavour to book you onto a future event.
• By registering with Carousel Dating you are giving an assurance that you are over 20 and that you are single.
• If it is bought to the attention of Carousel Dating that there is any breach of this agreement it may result in termination of your access to its services without notice.
